Location: Manchester, Hybrid 3/2

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000

I’m working with a fantastic client who supports diverse talent in the creative sector who are looking to bring on a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for visual storytelling across both digital and social platforms.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging and visually consistent designs across web, email, social and video. From concept to delivery, you’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals that connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for social media, web, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for digital channels.
  • Capture and enhance photography and video to support brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency across all media.
  • Use analytics and insights to inform creative direction and optimise content performance.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and support the evolution of visual identity.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Experience in video editing, video, and photography.
  • Understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A creative eye and a passion for visual communication.
