Graphic Designer & Videographer
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Working with: Primarily supporting the consumer brand, as well as wider business functions
Overview
We're a fast-growing manufacturing and eCommerce company, with a premium consumer product brand sold across the UK and Ireland. As our brand continues to expand, we're looking for a Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our Marketing and eCommerce team. This is a hands-on, creative role that blends design, video, and performance marketing - perfect for someone who loves storytelling, design innovation, and delivering real commercial impact.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Content Creation Specialist and marketing team to produce high-impact, performance-driven content for paid social campaigns, especially Meta Ads - as well as video and design assets for our website, social media, packaging, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content Creation Specialist to design high-performing ad creatives for our D2C eCommerce brand.
- Produce engaging visual assets including short-form videos, reels, animations, and photography for social media.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns, concepts, and content strategies.
- Design for both digital and print media - including brochures, packaging, catalogues, banners, and website graphics.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content showcasing our products, installation processes, and features.
- Capture and edit high-quality product photography for use online and in print.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support trade shows, product launches, and other marketing initiatives with visuals and video content for both this and other group brands.
- Maintain a high output of creative testing - quickly bringing briefs to life, testing, learning, and optimising future creative.
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI creative tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and workflow.
Essential Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field (or matching experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), plus CapCut and/or Figma/Canva.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and post-production editing.
- Proven ability to create performance-focused ad creatives, particularly for Meta Ads.
- Experience producing short-form social media content (videos, reels, animations).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic 3D design.
- Experience using AI creative tools while maintaining a strong human-led creative vision.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Desirable
- Experience working in a creative strategy or performance creative role for an eCommerce or D2C brand.
