The Role

As part of our Brand and Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how families experience Explore Learning. You’ll design thoughtful, engaging materials that reflect our purpose and inspire parents to take the first step on their child’s learning journey.

What you’ll do :
  • Create meaningful design work for both print and digital channels, including :
  • Posters, brochures and other printed materials for our tuition centres
  • Social media and digital advertising assets
  • Email campaign assets
  • Internal communications and brand documents
  • Champion and evolve Explore Learning’s visual identity, ensuring every piece of work feels recognisably Explore.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, Graphic Designer and wider teams to interpret briefs, develop ideas and deliver creative solutions that connect with families.
  • Balance creativity with precision, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
  • Stay curious about design trends and emerging technologies, helping our brand stay fresh, relevant and inspiring.

Logistics
Location : Remote (UK based)
Job Type

Part time 3 days per week 9am-5 : 30pm. 12 months fixed term contract. We are flexible on which days you work, however we ask that this is the same every week and one of the days must be a Wednesday or a Thursday to allow for collaboration with other members of the team.

Salary

£27,000 - £28,000 pro rata (based on experience)
