Job purpose

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing Bruntwood’s brand to life across a wide range of channels and projects. Working as part of our in-house design team, they will create engaging and impactful visual content for digital and print, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creativity to deliver market-leading design. This role will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing and wider business teams to produce assets that support campaigns, placemaking projects, and customer experiences.

What we’re looking
  • Work based graphic design experience is a must - ideally in a similar creative industry. Please make sure you attach your portfolio to showcase your work experience at the bottom of our website application form.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign is a must - any experience with Adobe After Effects would be a bonus
What you’ll be doing
  • Creation of high-quality artwork for digital and print
  • Working closely with the marketing team, building relationships to provide a seamless link from briefing to collateral creation
  • Working to Bruntwood brand guidelines, effectively managing stakeholders expectations and ensuring consistency across the portfolio
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, yet comfortable taking constructive feedback and direction
  • Maintain brand consistency and act as brand guardian.
  • Produce on-brand assets for various channels and mediums, including: email marketing, print & digital promotional materials and social media assets

This is a full time position, 4 days in our head office, Union and 1 day working from home, therefore you’ll need to be in a commutable distance.
