A women's rights organization based in Greater London is seeking a volunteer graphic designer to maintain their website and create visual materials for social media. The role involves collaborating with the communications team, updating website graphics, and producing infographics based on research findings. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Wix, and have a passion for women's rights. The commitment is 10-20 hours per week, including meetings with the operations and communications teams.
Founded in August 2012, International Women’s Initiative (IWI) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) working towardsthepromotion ofwomen's rights and gender equality around the world. We believe that we will achieve this through the creation of volunteer and professional networks and theprovision of a platform for engaging in constructive commentary and ideas-sharing in the field. Funds raisedby the organisation are used to support and resource partnerships with community-basedorganisations or projects. We are currently focusing on advancing our Safe Birthing Programme which seeks to reduce the high levels of maternal mortality in the Amolatar District, Uganda.
We need a graphic designer to help us maintain our website and also develop visual materials for our social media and other outlets. This is a VOLUNTEER POSITION.
Duties: Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, the Graphic Designer will be expected to contribute towards raising awareness of IWI's mission and projects by creating graphics and updating our website. We need a graphic designer to help us maintain our website and also develop visual materials for our social media and other outlets.

Time Commitment: The minimum commitment is an average of 10-20 hours per week including a weekly one on one meeting with Operations Director, Amaranta Thompson and Director of Communications, Alyssa Chassman.
