About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated creative Graphic Designer to become a valued member of a dedicated in-house design team. This role is at the heart of our visual communication strategy, supporting the marketing and pre-season preparation for our diverse brand portfolio. You will contribute to every stage of the customer journey, transforming beautifully shot fashion photography into compelling marketing materials that resonate with our global audience. This position offers the chance to balance creative vision with technical precision, working within a collaborative environment where your design solutions directly influence brand perception and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality artwork and layouts for printed catalogues.
• Develop impactful in-store graphics, point-of-sale (POS) collateral, and signage.
• Prepare web assets, including cropping, uploading, and page building via content management systems (CMS).
• Design visually appealing web feature pages.
• Provide essential support for photoshoots, including the creation of detailed shoot plans.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the fashion or retail sector.
• Exceptional proficiency in design software, with significant experience in InDesign.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email marketing design, print catalogue production, web asset creation, and POS materials.
• A keen eye for design, composition, and high-quality typography.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
• Ability to consistently align designs with established brand aesthetics and visual languages.
• Experience managing a considerable workload, balancing creative and technical challenges across multiple projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
