Graphic Designer

Location: Portsmouth, UK

Contract Type: Full-Time temporary to permanent role

Start Date: September/October 2025

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing organisation, is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cohesive international identity and elevate brand presence in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create stunning branded materials: brochures, flyers, social media graphics, event signage, presentations, and more!
  • Design visuals for email campaigns, LinkedIn, landing pages, and product announcements.
  • Maintain and develop visual templates for internal use across business units.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and consistency guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce timely assets for campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Support regional marketing efforts by localising content for different markets and languages.
  • Manage and maintain internal asset libraries for easy access and organisation.
  • Occasionally assist with light video editing or motion graphics (a nice-to-have!).
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or content creation (in-house or agency).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both digital and print design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential; After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).
  • Familiarity with Canva Pro for agile content production.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools for digital layout and design planning.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
