About the Role

We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead the design implementation and creation of visual assets across all Derek Rose touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring our new brand strategy and creative direction to life, helping shape how we present our brand and connect visually with our customers. You’ll play a key role in defining how Derek Rose looks and feels across every channel, from digital communications to in-store environment.

Working closely with our Marketing, eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale teams, you’ll create cohesive, best‑in‑class materials that express our reimagined brand identity. You’ll be hands‑on in the creative process, from concept to final artwork, confident in both responding to briefs and contributing fresh ideas that enhance our visual storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing
Graphic Design
  • Lead the creation of graphic assets across print, packaging, store signage and digital platforms
  • Develop high quality digital assets for email, social, CRM and digital media
  • Produce print materials including POS, retail graphics and offline media
  • Oversee proofing and final artwork to ensure every detail meets our brand standards and liaising with third parties where required
  • Collaborate with brief owners to interpret and elevate concepts, ensuring ideas are visually strong and aligned with our storytelling
Brand & Creative
  • Maintain design and brand consistency across all projects
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring our visual identity is expressed with clarity and cohesion
  • Support the evolution of the brand guidelines, ensuring they’re fit for purpose and inspiring across touchpoints
  • Challenge and contribute ideas to continually refine our creative approach
Campaign & Content
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to create dynamic, engaging social content
  • Contribute creative direction and design assets for campaigns and photoshoots
  • Assist with shoot production and image retouching as required
  • Bring proactive, creative thinking to live briefs and campaigns
What You’ll Need
  • 3-5 years’ experience in design, ideally within retail, ecommerce or adjacent industries
  • Proven portfolio in graphic design or visual communications
  • Strong understanding of design principles (print and digital), and typography
  • Design and asset building using AI advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of moving image and video editing
  • Basic retouching skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to own deadlines whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • First class attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
