About The Role

Place2Be is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a key role in helping us communicate our impact and services through compelling visual content across print, web, social media, and video. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who can confidently take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver high-quality designs that align with given briefs and our brand identity.

You’ll be responsible for transforming given briefs into accessible and engaging visuals, managing digital assets, and ensuring all content meets our standards for accessibility and inclusion. You will also be responsible for designing impact reports and social media graphics that is vital to bringing our mission to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging graphics for web, email, social media, and print (e.g. impact reports, magazines, flyers, posters).
  • Edit professional video content that highlights our work.
  • Lead photoshoots and manage all visual assets, ensuring proper consent and storage.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions—often to tight deadlines.
  • Maintain brand consistency and accessibility across all visual outputs.
  • Ensure all assets reflect our commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Build relationships with external partners to ensure quality and value for money.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across multiple media formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in video editing, captioning, and ideally animation.
  • Strong understanding of print design and delivering print-ready artwork.
  • Experience using Canva and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
