A global healthcare agency in the UK is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and manage diverse design projects for internal teams and clients. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 to £33,000 per year, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. Ideal candidates should have a degree in a design-related field, extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities.
As a Graphic Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering diverse and intricate creative projects for both the company and our clients in the healthcare sector. Projects include brand development, the design and layout of infographics, and the creation of event materials. Depending on your skill set, you may also contribute to motion and digital projects, such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, with autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.
We offer flexible working arrangements to support balance. Colleagues who have passed probation may work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During probation (normally the first 6 months), you may work from home 1 day per week.
