About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation within the hair, beauty and wellness sector. You’ll work as part of a collaborative commercial team where ideas become visuals that inspire, engage, and convert. From digital campaigns to packaging design, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity across a growing portfolio of brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creative & Design Execution
  • Produce engaging visuals for both digital and print, including social assets, website graphics, packaging, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand visuals and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Transform briefs into strong creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product and content teams to create effective design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns.
Brand & Visual Identity
  • Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects brand tone, quality, and messaging.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare artwork for production and liaise with external suppliers when required.
About You
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar design role.
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills.
