Job description

You'll work across a range of creative disciplines - including branding, event stand design, marketing campaigns, and digital and print design. This is a varied role that requires a multi‑disciplined designer with exceptional creative flair, technical skill (and a keen eye for detail!) As part of our Corporate Marketing and Communications team, you'll play a crucial role in producing captivating visual content for both internal and external audiences. The work will be diverse and fast‑paced, offering you the chance to contribute at every stage of the creative process from initial concept and briefing through to final delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines, providing creative input to strengthen design direction and brand impact.
  • Design marketing brochures (print and digitally), thought leadership, market reports, and corporate documents for both print and digital distribution.
  • Support the production of event and exhibition display materials, including guest invitations, stand designs, and associated promotional collateral.
  • Develop internal communications materials such as posters, e‑newsletters, presentations, and video content.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency and convey messaging effectively.
  • Uphold accessibility standards for all designed content.
  • Assist in organising and managing the company's online image library, ensuring it remains updated, categorised, and easily accessible to relevant teams.
  • Maintain design documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand design briefs, clarify requirements, and present design concepts professionally, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on final deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before distribution or publication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high‑quality standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, applying newfound knowledge to enhance design quality and innovation.
