Qualifications

• Holds relevant professional qualification.
• Experience of managing, training, and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the overall work programme for grant assurance.
• Control grant assignments from planning through to preparation of certificates.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervision of junior team members.
• Identify opportunities and prospects for new work.

Skills

Knowledge of grant funding and regulatory environment or external audit

Good interpersonal and client handling skills

High attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Education

CCAB (ACA, CA, ACCA, IIA)
