Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Proven grant writing and fundraising experience with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with grant databases and fundraising software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research potential funding sources including foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Write and edit high-quality grant proposals, applications, and reports.
• Develop compelling narratives that articulate the organization's mission and impact.
