Job summary

Grandir UK’s GrandFlex nursery bank is seeking qualified nursery practitioners who want flexibility and the freedom to choose when they work. Earn up to £16 per hour and travel across our local nursery cluster to support teams as needed.

You will deliver high-quality care, support child development through play, and help maintain EYFS standards across our nurseries. DBS checks are required, and we are an equal opportunities employer welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You’ll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.
