Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Nursery Assistant to join our flexible nursery team in Milton Keynes. Work across nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support staffing when needed, with pay up to £13.21–£14 per hour and no fixed weekly hours.

You’ll help deliver high-quality care, follow EYFS, and support development through play. Ideal candidates are passionate about early years, willing to travel between nurseries, and eager to learn while contributing to a friendly,

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in early years or childcare is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills within early years.
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
