Overview

We are looking for graduate Mechanical Engineers for a Precision Engineering business to be a part of the Production Management team. We are looking for dynamic, driven and ambitious ME's ideally with a few years industry experience.

The successful candidates will be involved in the following:

Responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Production management team, you will assist in ensuring the site runs as efficiently as possible.
  • This will involve working in conjunction with all departments to support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI's.
  • You will oversee and assist with managing the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and with high quality standards.
  • This will include planning production schedules, manage resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintain quality standards.
  • You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety.
