Airbus Operations Limited invites graduates to join a two-year Global Graduate development journey toward becoming a Wing Structures / Systems Installation Engineer. The program blends technical rotations with leadership and soft-skill training to accelerate growth and future leadership potential.

You will work on static stress analysis, CATIA-based design, and Fatigue/Damage Tolerance analyses, while learning digitalization through coding and data analysis.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study.
• Degree type: Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher).
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• Self aware and proactive in development.
• Good knowledge of coding and data analysis techniques.
• Natural curiosity and excitement to explore.
• Excited to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Passion about Aerospace and the civil aircraft market.
• Sensitivity to clients' needs and ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Static Stress analysis, from first principles to FEM based analysis.
• Design – CATIA tools, configuration management and DMU in Wing Structures and/or Systems installation.
• Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis.
• Digitalization - automating processes using coding skills.
• One rotational placement to support growth into position.
