A leading engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking a Graduate Urban Drainage Modeller based in Warrington to join its 2026 Graduate Programme. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior modellers and engage in hydraulic model building on high-profile projects impacting long-term water infrastructure strategy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess adaptability, perseverance, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Your role:
We are looking for a Graduate Urban Drainage Modeller to be based in Warrington, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Working with major regulated water companies across the UK & Ireland, Stantec’s wastewater network modelling discipline has developed a reputation as one of the industry leaders.
As part of a multidisciplinary service, we engage with projects from conception through to delivery, driving innovation & excellence in everything we do. The variety in our work ensures our teams develop a broad skillset, with the opportunity to deliver projects which improve water quality, manage urban pollution and contribute to Stantec’s environmental commitments.
At Stantec, you’ll be part of one of the UK’s largest local wastewater modelling teams with 20+ specialists based locally in Manchester and Warrington, from recent graduates to experts with 30+ years’ experience. This means exceptional mentoring, knowledge sharing, and a strong team culture.
You’ll work alongside senior modellers on hydraulic model building, integrated urban drainage studies, resilience and water quality modelling.
You’ll gain valuable experience on high-profile projects that shape long-term water infrastructure strategy, likely be working with United Utilities (UU) on their modelling framework and Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan (DWMP) Delivery Partner (DDP) programme.

About you:
