As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you\'ll support teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, based on your academic background—such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, or Psychology. You\'ll begin by assisting in lessons, leading small groups, and supporting individual students. Over time, with guidance from experienced teachers, you\'ll gradually take on more responsibility—planning and leading lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and tracking student progress.
