Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
This will be a minimum 6-12 month traineeship with a leading procurement organisation. At Reckitt, our Procurement Graduate Traineeship Programme is designed to offer meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Each role is embedded within a dedicated team, where you’ll contribute to the execution of procurement strategies and buying activities across designated spend categories.
Depending on your assigned category, this may involve tasks such as spend analysis, commodity risk management, benchmarking, supplier engagement, tender processes, negotiations, risk analysis, stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, support for financial forecasting and budgeting, implementation of digital tools, and involvement in sustainability initiatives.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported by your manager and the wider procurement team. You’ll be encouraged to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, deliver projects aligned with our objectives, and play an active role in helping us achieve our company ambitions.
