Job summary
Exeter and North Devon Colleges Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate candidate to support 16-18 year-olds. You don’t need a teaching qualification, but you do need enthusiasm, resilience and a passion for making learning engaging.
In your first year you’ll be on our Development Track, progressing toward the Level 3 Teaching Award and Cert Ed, with mentors and an Advanced Teaching Practitioner to support you as you develop your career and potential earnings.
Qualifications
- A graduate with a sound academic track record.
- GCSE English or Maths at grade A/7 or above or A level at grade B or above.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with 16-18 year-olds.
- Experience of helping others develop their confidence and ability with English or Maths.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking for a career change, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll give you plenty of support from a dedicated mentor and an Advanced Teaching Practitioner.
