Graduate Trainee Site Manager

Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee Site Manager will support the delivery of high-voltage electrical distribution projects ensuring compliance with safety quality and technical standards. This role provides hands‑on experience in site management project coordination and technical operations within the power distribution sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in planning, organizing and supervising site activities for HV electrical distribution projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress, prepare reports and escalating issues promptly.
  • Learn and apply technical knowledge of HV systems including switchgear, transformers and cable installations.
  • Participate in site inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for project handover.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Full UK driving licence (or equivalent) willingness to travel and work on‑site.
