We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £36,000 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3,450 pro rata. And on top of your salary, you’ll have access to our flexible benefits package.

At the end of two years your programme will end, and we’ll support you to apply for your next job. Past graduates have been successful in applying for jobs such as Risk Partner, Conduct or Compliance Adviser, Operational Risk Manager, Financial Crime Specialist, or Credit Risk Analyst.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Risk graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning
  • To be a keen problem solver
  • Good analytical skills
  • To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
  • The ability to think strategically
