A leading financial institution in London is seeking a graduate trainee for its Risk Management programme. The role offers a starting salary of £36,000 with additional allowances and access to a flexible benefits package. Over the course of this two‑year programme, you can expect to:
We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £36,000 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3,450 pro rata. And on top of your salary, you’ll have access to our flexible benefits package.

At the end of two years your programme will end, and we’ll support you to apply for your next job. Past graduates have been successful in applying for jobs such as Risk Partner, Conduct or Compliance Adviser, Operational Risk Manager, Financial Crime Specialist, or Credit Risk Analyst.
