Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. This office-based role offers a base salary of £28,000 plus full training, uncapped commission, and ongoing development.

You will manage the whole recruitment process from prospecting to placement, with rapid progression to management as you prove your abilities. The role is heavily focused on cold calling, building a client base, and supporting candidates through the interview process.

Qualifications

In this varied role you will be part of a tight-knit team working closely with your manager and those around you to provide you the tools to succeed and manage whole recruitment processes from start-to-finish. This is a heavily cold call focused role where you will initially find businesses to work with, and then be responsible for sourcing the right candidates for the roles and then liaising with all parties to support them throughout the interview process.

• Fast paced sales role - 100-150 cold calls per day
