This is an entry-level, full-time position that combines on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal instruction across various IT domains. You will rotate through different departments to gain comprehensive experience before specialising in a chosen track.

Key Responsibilities (Training & Initial Support)

As a Graduate IT Trainee, you will initially focus on learning and supporting core business functions :

• Foundational Training : Actively participate in all formal training sessions covering core programming languages, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud concepts.
• Support & Troubleshooting : Assist senior engineers and consultants with basic technical support, ticket resolution, and documentation, learning escalation procedures.

Project Assistance : Contribute to development, testing, and deployment phases of ongoing projects under close supervision, focusing on quality assurance and documentation.
