Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is recruiting graduates into its Graduate Trainee Programme in Housing Strategy and Partnerships, Housing Allocations, Housing Estates and Income Services. These hybrid roles are based across North Yorkshire.

The programme aims to develop future leaders in housing and community development. You’ll gain experience in policy development, data analysis and stakeholder engagement while delivering affordable housing initiatives, improving services and sustainability.

• Collaborative, self-motivated mindset with willingness to travel across North Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our housing teams and gain hands-on experience on projects and services affecting residents.
• Work on Housing Strategy and Partnerships, Allocations, and Estates & Income Services.
• Contribute to policy development, data analysis and service improvements.
