  • Spend nine months working on live projects that shape the future of banking and gain deep, meaningful experience in your assigned team
  • Gain full exposure to the engineering development lifecycle, from coding and testing to deployment, including the use of modern AI-assisted engineering tools and approaches
  • Acquire hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and contemporary engineering practices
  • Have opportunities to earn industry-recognised certifications
  • Receive support from a dedicated line manager, graduate buddy, and mentor
  • Participate in Employee-Led Networks, Graduate Councils, and Working Parties
  • Develop experience working with emerging AI technologies, learning how to collaborate effectively with AI tools while applying human judgement and critical thinking

You’ll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues in India, and upon successful completion of the 12-month programme and required assessments, you'll be supported into a permanent Engineering role, ready to make your mark in a purpose‑led organisation that’s committed to doing the right thing.
