The Role:

As a Graduate Trading Executive at DAZN, you will play a key role in helping to drive data‑informed decision‑making across our Growth Markets commercial and marketing teams. You will analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to uncover insights that optimise acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns to help improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Assist in testing and optimising landing pages and customer journeys to enhance acquisition and retention outcomes.
  • Contribute to a “test and learn” marketing framework by helping track experiments, analyse results, and share key learnings with the team.
  • Help coordinate promotional offers and campaigns across Acquisition, CRM, and Retention channels, monitoring performance and customer response.
  • Conduct research and analysis on audiences and markets, including customer segmentation, competitor insights, and trend tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to growth and market expansion initiatives, supporting local marketing plans and partnership activities.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong academic record with a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative or analytical discipline (Mathematics, Business, Finance, Engineering).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a passion for marketing.
  • Logical, end‑to‑end thinker.
  • Experience with Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, open to feedback, quick to develop new skills.
