Graduate Town Planner - RTPI Accredited Degree
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

We're working with a highly respected independent firm with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team where you'll be supported by experienced professionals, gain exposure to exciting projects, and receive guidance towards your RTPI Chartership.

The Role:
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
  • Undertaking planning research, site appraisals, and policy reviews.
  • Supporting senior colleagues on a variety of projects across the UK.
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to planning statements and reports.
About You:
  • An RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • A genuine passion for planning and the built environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous work experience or placement within a planning consultancy or local authority would be advantageous, but not essential.
