Your role:

We are looking for a Graduate Town Planner to be based in Bristol and join our 2026 Graduate Programme.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and fellow graduates, developing your town planning expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment. You will contribute to a broad range of projects, from initial research and site appraisals to application preparation, community engagement, plan promotion, and planning appeals in the residential, commercial, and environmental sectors. You will also assist with project coordination and management to ensure projects run smoothly.

The Town Planning team primarily focuses on large-scale, complex mixed-use and residential-led developments across the South-West, including new communities, garden villages, regeneration projects, environmental initiatives, and retirement housing schemes. We emphasize interdisciplinary working, offering a real opportunity to develop your understanding and skills across various areas.
