Graduate Town Planner - Sidcup - Up to £28,000 + Benefits (Permanent, Full-Time)

Are you an ambitious Graduate Town Planner looking to take your first step into the world of planning and development? We're working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Sidcup, who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join their growing Planning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent RTPI-accredited graduate to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of planning projects, working closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Town Planner, you'll play a key role in assisting with:

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
  • Undertaking site appraisals, research, and policy analysis
  • Supporting senior planners with client meetings and project delivery
  • Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and design teams
  • Contributing to planning statements, design and access statements, and development proposals
