Graduate Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in Town Planning? Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking to expand their talented team with the addition of a Graduate Town Planner.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll work alongside experienced planning professionals, developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards full MRTPI chartership.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
  • Undertaking research and planning policy analysis
  • Assisting with site appraisals and client reports
