Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is assisting a well‑established planning consultancy in recruiting a Graduate Town Planner to join its growing team in a flexible hybrid role. The position offers mentoring, structured development towards MRTPI chartership, and exposure to residential, commercial, and strategic projects.

You'll work alongside experienced planners, assist with applications, policy research, site appraisals, and client liaison while developing technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Graduate Town Planner, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of residential, commercial, mixed‑use and strategic development projects. • A degree (or postgraduate qualification) accredited by the RTPI.
