Job summary

MGF is seeking a graduate to join its Technical Sales team in East Anglia, delivering both commercial and technical support to customers in the construction industry. The programme offers structured development, mentorship and hands-on training to build your sales and engineering skills from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to major projects, develop relationships with contractors and engineers, and work with depot and operations teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; graduates welcome.
• Sales potential and learning attitude valued over prior experience.
• Graduates graduating in 2026 or later are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across your region.
• Visit construction sites and customer locations.
• Learn how major construction projects operate and interact with contractors, engineers and project managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage customer accounts.
• Provide technical solutions to customer challenges and support sales teams.
• Develop commercial awareness and grow revenue within your territory.
• Collaborate with depot, operations and engineering teams to deliver client needs.
