Job summary

Acturis is seeking a motivated graduate to support clients using the Acturis Reporting API and Toolkit. You will work with client IT teams, assist implementations, and help troubleshoot data issues.

You'll develop the SQL-based Reporting API toolkit with PowerShell, extract and structure data, and lead client projects from requirements through to delivery and support. Mentorship and structured progression are offered to help graduates grow rapidly.

Qualifications

• Have (or expect) a 2:1+ in a STEM degree and strong A-levels (AAB minimum, including an A in Maths).
• Have strong SQL knowledge and experience, with confident technical debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients using the Acturis Reporting API and Toolkit, working closely with their IT teams and supporting implementations and post go-live activity.
• Develop and maintain the SQL-based Reporting API toolkit and data model, using PowerShell and database interrogation techniques to extract and structure data.
• Investigate client data issues, design reporting solutions, and lead client-focused projects from requirements through to delivery and support.
