Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 30 UK University.
• Aspirations of becoming a teacher or pursuing a career in education.
• Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching, or support work.
• Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Help children build confidence academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Develop behaviour management, classroom management, and inclusive teaching strategies.
