Teaching Personnel is seeking graduates to join schools as Graduate Teaching Assistants, SEN Learning Support Assistants, or Behaviour Support Assistants in Bath and surrounding areas.

No prior school experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided as you gain hands-on experience working with children and young people with SEN and mental health needs.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• No previous school experience is required; full support and guidance will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs.
• Assist students with Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety and learning difficulties.
• Support classroom engagement and participation.
• Deliver targeted interventions and small-group learning activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Build strong relationships with students, teachers and families.
• Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
