JobsinED Ltd is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Putney-based schools starting November 2026. This full-time, long-term role runs through the academic year.

You will support pupils in lessons, deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, assist with lesson prep and classroom organisation, and help foster an inclusive, confident learning environment. Ideal candidates hold a degree (ideally a First or 2:1) with strong GCSE and A Level results, good communication, and a professional

Qualifications

• Hold a degree with a strong academic profile, ideally a First or 2:1.
• Demonstrate excellent GCSE and A Level results.
• Possess strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
• Be interested in teaching or another career supporting children.
• Commit to a full-time role from November until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils throughout lessons to maximise confidence and engagement
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions where additional guidance is needed
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Encouraging pupils to become independent, resilient learners
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupils' progress and wellbeing
