JobsinED is seeking graduates to join Kingston schools as Graduate Teaching Assistants for full‑time, long‑term roles starting September 2026. Qualifications

• Hold a degree with an excellent academic background, ideally a First or 2:1.
• Demonstrate strong GCSE and A Level results.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons to improve engagement and confidence.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group intervention sessions where needed.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Encourage pupils to develop independence and positive learning habits.
• Work alongside teachers to monitor progress and celebrate achievement.
• Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
