Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work with students 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce learning.
  • Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
  • Encourage participation and engagement during lessons.
  • Provide academic and emotional support to pupils.
  • Assist students across different Key Stages, including those with additional needs.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.

Requirements for Graduate TA:

  • Previous experience working with children (in schools, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is an advantage
  • A flexible and proactive attitude to working in school settings
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
