Job summary

Step Into Teaching Limited is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Rugby. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay between £500 and £530. A DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

The Opportunity:

• Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required*
• Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers

• Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
• £500 - £530 per week

The successful graduate must:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
