The Role:
  • Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant Role
  • Sociable working hours between 8:15 – 15:30, Mon/Fri
  • Support learners across various curriculum areas

Relevant teaching experience is beneficial but not required for this position and full training will be provided to ensure your success as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will assist classroom teachers in delivering high‑quality lessons and providing academic support. You may work 1:1 or in small‑groups with learners who need additional support, particularly those preparing for GCSE and A‑Level examinations. You'll help develop subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence whilst gaining invaluable classroom experience. Training and mentoring will be provided to ensure that you develop your teaching practice whilst utilising your academic background, critical thinking skills and subject expertise.
