Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking multiple graduates for Systems Research Engineer roles in Edinburgh, to join a leading R&D team working across Cloud, distributed systems, OS, and AI systems. This 12-month PAYE contract requires a recent or graduating 2026 candidate with experience in OS, distributed or ML systems and C/C++, and candidates must have full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Relocation may be required if not based in Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• BA/MA/PhD in CS or related field, recent graduate or graduating in 2026.
• Experience with operating systems, distributed systems, or ML systems.
• Proficient in C/C++ or willing to learn others; full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
