A construction company in Paisley is seeking a Sustainability Adviser to enhance sustainability initiatives and carbon reporting. The ideal candidate will hold an Environmental Degree and preferably have knowledge of Carbon Reporting. Responsibilities include developing the Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations, and training staff on environmental matters. Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with five operating divisions; Construction, Housing, Fit Out, Refurbishment and Maintenance. We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Sustainability Adviser to our team. We are ideally seeking a candidate with an Environmental Degree and a good understanding of Carbon Reporting.
This role would be well suited to a recent graduate with a sustainability-related qualification, though we are also open to conversations with more experienced candidates. For recent graduates, experience within a main contractor environment, particularly within HS&E. Knowledge of Quality Management would also be beneficial.

This is a full time, permanent position and will be based at our head office in Paisley although due to the nature of the role travel will be required.
