Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property, or related discipline.
• Strong numerical, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chartered Surveyors with diverse valuation instructions.
• Undertake property inspections and site visits, recording measurements and condition.
• Prepare valuation reports, market appraisals and rental advice.
• Support with market research, comparable evidence and location analysis.
• Maintain records of client instructions and property information.
