Our Supply Chain Graduate programme offers exposure to our logistics and operations across Europe's largest distribution network. You will rotate through various roles, gaining broad logistics knowledge and developing leadership skills.

Programme structure:

The programme consists of 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months. The first 3 rotations are in Newark Distribution Centre, with a final rotation at a national fulfilment centre. Rotations may include:

• Operational development and process improvement projects
• Logistics and warehouse operations management
• Transport and compliance management
• Managing field operations, including home delivery and repairs

Support includes extensive training in communication, commercial awareness, leadership, and strategic thinking, along with mentoring, coaching, wellbeing sessions, and a support network of graduates.

You will need:

• To be a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a 2:1 award or expected award
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
