About the Role

The part‑time Graduate Studies Assistant will provide on‑course support with the full‑time Graduate Studies Officer for the PMP courses in Computer Science. Working closely with the PMP team to support on‑course progression of students and supporting the Director of Graduate Studies in their duties.

We are seeking applicants with experience of administration, who have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, and ability to acquire understanding of complex procedures. Previous experience of working in student administration is desirable.

The postholder will assist with admissions to the Programme, responding to queries, assisting with processing outcomes and following up on student conditions. The postholder will also support students on course, monitoring student progression and processing requests for suspensions of studies. Committee servicing will also be required. The post will work closely with the Graduate Studies Officer.

Once probationary period is over, working from home will be permitted for one day per week. Set days in the office will be Monday and Thursday.
