Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe invites graduates to join our two-year Graduate Scheme in Structural Engineering, based in Newark, London, Milton Keynes or Birmingham. You will work on real-world building projects, receive expert mentorship and a tailored development plan, and gain exposure to BIM/CAD outputs.

You'll progress toward chartership through structured training, participate in project meetings and site visits, and benefit from a central induction and regular reviews as part of a supportive,

Qualifications

• Must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and technical delivery of structural engineering projects across the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to structural calculations and CAD/BIM outputs and review work.
• Attend project meetings and site visits to understand on-site feasibility and constraints.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural solutions meet project requirements and technical standards.
