Job summary

Tetra Tech is launching a two-year Graduate Scheme in Newark for aspiring Structural Engineers. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a tailored development plan while working on diverse building projects across residential, public, and commercial sectors.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop technical knowledge, and progress toward chartership within a supportive, dynamic environment. The role is hybrid with three to four days in the Newark office.

Qualifications

• Must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Hybrid role with Newark office three to four days per week.
• Graduate Scheme with mentorship, hands-on experience, and development plan.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and technical delivery of structural engineering projects from concepts to detailed design and construction.
• Assist with BIM and CAD outputs and participate in project meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements and standards.
